The plant operates more than a dozen presses with clamping forces from 28 to 427 tons and performs a range of secondary operations such as ultrasonic welding, hot stamping, pad printing, kitting, and assembly. The facility counts among its customers some of the world’s most trusted brands who rely on EG Industries for custom molding precision, state-of-the-art equipment, and highly trained staff dedicated to the production of quality parts.

“Crystal brings extensive experience to this position, having been in the automotive industry as well as general injection molding for many years,” said Rob Simon, Vice President at EG Industries. “Her overall business acumen, leadership ability, and internal drive to continuously improve all contributed to the decision to promote her to Plant Manager of the Austell, GA facility. We wish her much success in her new role and added responsibilities.”

Crystal started her career as an Assembly Line Operator, moving up through the ranks to become Customer Service Manager and Production Manager. Prior to her promotion to her current role, Crystal was a Quality Engineer and most recently, was a Project/Sales Engineer working closely with the Commercial Operations team on business development.
